The breakfasts were terrible - the moment they served them at about 6.00 nothing was added, so naturally the guests that came at 9.00 could eat what had been left bu the earlier breakfast eaters. Saving on food must have its limits - they were by far extended in this hotel.

Hotel is at the very beginning of the waklking area, right in the center of Nitra. Private parking in the hotel, huge and clean room. Good breakfast and staff is very nice and kind.

Staying here was a great choice for exploring the bustling heart of this charming city. the hotel is located just a stone's throw from the pedestrian precinct, making it easy to get around and take in all of the sights. the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and eager to help with any requests we had. Although we didn't have a chance to taste it, the breakfast spread looked a bit lackluster according to some guests. we were delighted to find plenty of parking available behind the hotel.

The internet signal is very low in the room. First night, I could use the internet in the lobby.But the second night, there was a problem with the internet and I could not use it. I need the internet a lot for my work.

The business rooms and apartments are spacious and well-furnished. Staff are friendly and speak some English. Free car parking available. Perfect location near The Irish Times pub. Upgraded to a business suite. Verysuper clean and cozy room with great city view. Excellent air conditioning.

the room was not ready and they cleaned it up after my arrive in 2 minutes (not a big problem for me); no shower cabin; the bathroom has an open window on an other bathroom: not the best for privacy

For dads, it would be great if the hotel offered more child-friendly amenities or activities to keep the kids entertained during downtime.

The hotel was very nice, comfortable, easy to find, good located, there was nothing to complain about it.

We stayed in a business room and had a lovely glass covered balcony and a beautiful view of the park.

This was our third stay here and, were it not for the customer focused receptionist working at check out, it may have been our last. The price was lower than previous stays as was the service. At the end of our first day our room had not been cleaned and we did not have new towels - all the evening receptionist could say was "its not my fault" - the worst reply possible, followed by" I will bring you some towels but that all". The very hard working girl in the morning did her best to repair the situation while also dealing with other customers and running the breakfast buffet, lovely girl deserves promotion! This hotel was full but they had left staff levels low, their seemed to be a complete lack of management initiative.

The location was quite central and convenient, with lots of shops and restaurants around. The staff was friendly and provided us with a map and some useful tips about the city. The room was spacious and had a nice balcony with a view of the city.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing, with a poor selection of items. The quality was not up to par, and the eggs were cold.

I was not quite sure where to go in to check in/out. There is both an office and a sort of counter.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect as it is located in the heart of the city center, easy to get around and visit various shops and restaurants. this hotel has fantastic facilities to use including a spacious business suite that was perfect for my needs. The hotel also provided excellent transportation options, made it easy to get around this city.
